Know where every skip is
Number your skips and a board shows you the lot: which are out on hire and at what address, how many days they've been there, which are overdue, which are in the yard or on a lorry. Overdue ones chase themselves by email.

Finish a job and the transfer note is ready. Hazardous loads get a consignment note. Both carry your licence number and the permit number of the site the waste went to, and both go to the customer by email.
The paperworkPrice a job off the photos
Share or embed a "get a quote" page. The customer attaches photos of their waste. Photos from emailed enquiries land in the same place. You look at the pile and price it properly, before anyone drives anywhere.
